A Contract for Hire^TM is a very uniquely worded document that spells out the relationship between the "Principal", a Director of the IBC and an "Agent", who is a human-being.

Its purpose is to deal with the compensation paid to the human-being for services rendered to the Principal, taking into consideration issues relating to both parties such as Relationship, Conduct, Taxes, Limitations, Expenses, Reserved Rights, Confidential Information, Disputes, Loans and Liens.

It is this contract that allows the human-being to receive what he deems his services are worth. This may be anywhere from 5% to 100% of the Gross Profit.
