What is an IBC? An IBC is an International Business Corporation.

Who runs the IBC on a daily basis? The Manager and/or Director operates the IBC.

What is a Trust? Trust is a Structure that is settled by a Settlor on behalf of Beneficiaries. The Settlor has no ownership of the Trust as it is set up strictly for Beneficiaries.

Can a Trust own an IBC? Yes a Trust can own the shares of an IBC.

What is the difference between an IBC and a Domestic Corporation? Jurisdiction. The IBC is subject to the jurisdiction where it was issued.

What is the difference between a Belize Trust and a Pure Trust? Jurisdiction. The Belize Trust is subject to the Government of Belize.

Would there be Assets within the Trust? Yes you can put Assets in the Trust, however, it is NCI’s belief that the only Assets should be the shares of the IBC and that the IBC should hold all physical Assets.

What address should be used for the Director? Always use C/O a mailing address in your home jurisdiction.

Will the IBC be subject to Income Tax? No, the IBC is Tax Exempt.

Will the Trust be subject to Income Tax? No, the Trust is exempt from Income Tax.

Should I want to set up an Asset Protection Structure, what kind of documents will I receive? You will receive all original documents both for the IBC and the Trust or Foundation within 30 days of making the application.

How much Compensation can the human-being remove from the IBC? That is entirely up to the Contract for HireTM which was signed by both the Director and human-being. It can be up to 100% of the Income within the IBC.

How does the IBC operate? It operates and functions just like a Corporation in your home jurisdiction; however, there is a lot less accountability to any Federal Agency.

What is the relationship between the Director of the IBC and the human-being? The Director is appointed by the Government and is the Legal Beneficiary, however, the human-being is the Trustee of the Director.

What if I am a "TAXPAYER"? All "TAXPAYER’s" are subject to Income Tax. A resident of Canada is subject to Tax on his worldwide Income. A US Citizen is subject to tax on his worldwide Income. The above however refers to the "TAXPAYER" and not a human-being.

Does the jurisdiction of Panama recognize the human-being? Absolutely! And that is where the issue of the human-being has to be dealt with.

Does the jurisdiction of St. Vincent and Belize recognize the human-being? Absolutely! And that is where the issue of the human-being has to be dealt with.

Where does the Contract for HireTM reside? It is domiciled in Panama and is subject to the Government of Panama and protected by the UN Declaration of Human Rights.

Can the Contract be removed from Panama? The parties to the Contract are prevented from copying the document or allowing its removal from the jurisdiction of Panama.

Can a copy of the Contract for HireTM be kept in the Home jurisdiction? This is not allowed per the terms of the agreement.

What kind of Assets can be held in the IBC? You can hold most Assets within the IBC; however, it is advisable to hold Properties, in the form of Real Estate, in separate IBC’s. All of the IBC’s may be owned by a Trust. Should it be necessary to sell one of the Properties then the shares of the IBC may be sold to the purchaser. This will save the Seller (IBC) from incurring withholding tax and the purchaser from incurring the property purchase tax. It will also save the purchaser from unnecessary legal bills.

Can a Lawyer or Federal Agency encumber the Assets? No, should the IBC be sued, judgment would have to be granted in St. Vincent or Panama.

Are Lawyers or Accountants familiar with the human-being and his rights? A Lawyer operates in Statute but a human-being operates in Common Law. An Accountant provides accounting services on behalf of the "TAXPAYER" and does not normally provide information pertaining to the human-being.
